They also should be eaten hot as they tend to wilt when they get cold. You can also spray with a cooking spray on the sheet or a foil spread over the sheet.<\/li><li>Mix the cut-up vegetables and garlic in a large bowl.<\/li><li>Add olive oil and balsamic vinegar and toss until all the vegetables are covered.<\/li><li>Add rosemary leaves and salt, and toss some more<\/li><li>Put the vegetables in the oven and roast the vegetables for 30 minutes. Stir only once.<\/li><li>When the vegetables are brown on the outside edges and tender on the inside, they are ready.<\/li><li>Remove from the oven and serve hot.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Grains Salad<sup>3<\/sup><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This meal is bursting with tastes and textures, and it\u2019s also bound to be filling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 teaspoon vegetable oil<\/li><li>2 cups <a href=\"https:\/\/motherearthproducts.com\/products\/freeze-dried-sweet-potatoes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">freeze dried sweet potatoes<\/a><\/li><li>1 tablespoon gochujang, plus 2 teaspoon for the dressing<\/li><li>1 tablespoon rice vinegar<\/li><li>A handful of frozen radishes, defrosted and quartered<\/li><li>1 cup cooked mixed grains<\/li><li>1\u20444 cucumber, chopped<\/li><li>1\u20442 cup <a href=\"https:\/\/motherearthproducts.com\/products\/dried-red-bell-peppers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dried red bell pepper<\/a><\/li><li>A bunch of coriander\u00a0<\/li><li>1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Method<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F<\/li><li>Pour the oil and sweet potatoes into a bowl with some seasoning, and toss.<\/li><li>Pour them onto a baking tray and roast for 25 minutes until they become soft and crispy.<\/li><li>Remove from the oven and brush each wedge with some gochujang, then return to the oven for a further 10 minutes. When they are charred at the edges, they are ready.<\/li><li>Whisk 2 teaspoon of gochujang with 1 TBS of water, rice vinegar, and a little seasoning in a large bowl to make the dressing.<\/li><li>Heat the mixed grains following pack instructions.<\/li><li>When they are ready, tip them into the bowl and toss.<\/li><li>Leave to cool, then stir them into the radishes, cucumber, pepper, and coriander.<\/li><li>Pile them onto a plate and then top with the sweet potato wedges.<\/li><li>Sprinkle the toasted sesame seed on tops.<\/li><li>Serve hot.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Steak Salad with Cranberries and Squash<sup>4<\/sup><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For National Crayon Day, we need lots of reds and yellows, and what better way to make colorful food with berries and butternut? This meal is bright, healthy, and very well balanced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 cups butternut squash, peeled and diced<\/li><li>\u00bc cup <a href=\"https:\/\/motherearthproducts.com\/products\/freeze-dried-raspberries\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">freeze dried raspberries<\/a><\/li><li>Cooking spray<\/li><li>\u00be teaspoon salt, divided<\/li><li>\u00bd teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, divided<\/li><li>Sirloin steak three tablespoons olive oil \u00a0<\/li><li>1 tablespoon white wine vinegar<\/li><li>1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary<\/li><li>A bunch of baby spinach<\/li><li>\u00bc cup toasted hazelnuts, coarsely chopped<\/li><li>One small shallot, thinly sliced<\/li><li>\u00bc cup blue cheese, crumbled<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Preheat oven to 400\u00b0 F<\/li><li>Arrange butternut squash in a single layer on a baking sheet and coat with the cooking spray. Sprinkle some salt and pepper<\/li><li>Bake at 400\u00b0 F &nbsp;for 15 minutes or until browned. Ensure you stir once halfway through cooking.<\/li><li>When the squash is ready, remove it from the oven.<\/li><li>Heat a medium skillet over medium-high and coat the pan with cooking spray.<\/li><li>Sprinkle steak with salt and remaining pepper.<\/li><li>Put on the pan and let it cook for 5 minutes on each side or until it\u2019s done the way you like it.<\/li><li>Place the steak on a cutting board cut across the grain into thin slices.<\/li><li>Mix the remaining salt, olive oil, vinegar, and rosemary in a small bowl and stir with a whisk.<\/li><li>Arrange spinach on a platter and top with butternut squash, raspberries, and steak.<\/li><li>Sprinkle with hazelnuts and shallot, and drizzle some vinegar mixture over the top.<\/li><li>Sprinkle the cheese and serve.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">National Crayon Day is much more than crayons, it\u2019s a day to celebrate color, and a rainbow of recipes is one of the best ways to create memories for your family.
